Vendor Standards
While each community’s needs vary, Palladium generally contracts with vendors who meet the following baseline requirements:
Proper licensing for the services offered, where applicable
Active insurance coverage appropriate to the scope of work
Experience providing services to homeowners associations or multifamily properties
Timely communication and dependable follow-through
Ability to comply with association rules, access protocols, and scheduling requirements
Additional Documentation or References may be required based on the scope of work.
